Project Report: Bagged Juice Production Line Installation in Pointe-Noire, Congo

In May 2026, our company established a bagged juice production line project in Pointe-Noire, the Republic of the Congo. The journey began in October 2025 when we received an inquiry from a client who intended to set up a complete bagged juice production line. After several months of relentless efforts and dedicated negotiations, we successfully signed the contract in February 2026.

Immediately following the contract signing, we arranged for our factory to commence production without delay. Once manufacturing was completed, all equipment was carefully packed and shipped to the project site. On May 3rd, accompanied by one of my colleagues, I traveled to Pointe-Noire to oversee the installation and commissioning of the entire production line.

The equipment package included a generator set, a diesel-fired boiler, a 10-ton water treatment system, an irregular-shaped bag packaging machine, a small bag packaging machine, as well as mixing tanks and storage tanks. Despite the complexity of the equipment configuration and the challenging working environment, we completed the entire installation and commissioning process within 20 days. All systems were successfully tested and handed over to the client, marking the full operational readiness of the production line.

This project not only demonstrated our company’s technical expertise and project management capabilities but also strengthened our presence in the African market. The successful completion of this project lays a solid foundation for future cooperation with clients in the region.
