The project began with initial negotiations in August 2025, and after several months of detailed discussions and technical evaluations, the contract was officially confirmed in mid-January 2026. Installation and commissioning started in May 2026, with a planned installation period of 30 days. The production line is designed for small-pouch yogurt packaging, a popular format in the local market. The equipment supplied includes ten pouch packaging machines, one 10-ton water treatment system, one homogenizer, one UHT sterilizer, and several high-speed shear mixers and agitators. Each component was carefully selected to ensure efficient production, consistent product quality, and ease of maintenance. The UHT sterilizer ensures proper pasteurization, while the homogenizer guarantees a smooth texture, and the packaging machines provide accurate filling and sealing. To ensure a smooth installation, KOCO assigned two highly skilled engineers to the project site. These engineers brought extensive expertise in dairy processing equipment and were responsible for overseeing the entire installation process. They worked closely with the client’s team to ensure that all equipment was correctly positioned, connected, and calibrated. They also conducted rigorous testing to verify that each machine operated according to specifications, addressing any technical issues that arose during commissioning. In addition to installation, the engineers provided comprehensive training to the client’s workers. This training covered machine operation, routine maintenance procedures, troubleshooting common issues, and safety protocols. The goal was to empower the local workforce to operate the production line independently and efficiently, minimizing downtime and ensuring long-term productivity. The training sessions were hands-on, allowing workers to practice operating the equipment under the guidance of the engineers.
