Machine introduction：

The 3-in-1 bottled water filling machine has three functions of bottle washing, filling and capping. The whole machine operates fully automatically. The empty bottles are transported to the inside of the filling machine by the air conveyor track, and then go through the automatic spray device to clean the inside of the bottles. Then it moves to the bottom of the filling head through the turntable for filling. After filling is completed, the automatic capping device caps the bottle and tightens it. The bottle caps are delivered to the filling machine by an automatic cap feeding device. The sealed bottled water or juice is transported by a conveyor belt to the next equipment in the production line, such as a sleeve labeling machine or a label shrinking machine. The front part of the entire machine can be connected to a fully automatic bottle blowing machine, and the rear part can be connected to a fully automatic sleeve labeling machine to form a complete fully automatic production line.
