Features:
The function of reverse osmosis water treatment equipment is to filter and purify fresh water resources (such as tap water, well water, mountain spring water, etc.) that have not been filtered and purified into directly drinkable pure water or mineral water through a series of equipment.
Operating principle:
After the raw water that needs to be filtered enters the machine through the water pump, it will undergo five steps of filtration. The first step is to filter the water through a quartz sand filter. After the water passes through the quartz sand filter, all particulate impurities will be left behind. The second step is to filter through an activated carbon filter, using activated carbon particles to remove odors and colors from the water. The third step is to filter through the resin filter, and various minerals in the water are filtered out through the ion exchange resin. The fourth step is to filter through the reverse osmosis system, and microorganisms in the water are removed through the reverse osmosis membrane. The fifth step is to filter with PP cotton filter element. After filtration is complete, the water is ready to drink.
Machine features:
The equipment can produce 2000L of pure water per hour. It runs fully automatically after starting up and is controlled by buttons on the electric control box. This machine is equipped with 2 water pumps, one of which is a high-pressure water pump. The machine is available in two versions: full 304 stainless steel and partial 304 stainless steel. The machine is easy to operate, has long service life and low maintenance cost. The service life of the main wearing parts on the machine is more than one year.
